There are numerous whitewashed towns and villages in the south of Spain. I painted this as a gift for a special couple, our son and daughter-in-law. They both enjoy vacationing in Spain. The quaint, white houses inspire one to not only visit but also perhaps to live there. It reminds me of those white buildings in Greece with the blue roofs and blue water. Perhaps I will paint that area next.
