Burg Eltz Castle is a medieval castle in Germany. When I said I wanted to paint a castle, my grandson suggested that I check out those in Germany. I found Burg Eltz intriguing. Generations of the same family built additions for centuries. I found it just as difficult to call my painting of the castle finished.
